TXTL Records (Textual Records) is a Tokyo-based collective creating across music, art, design, and fashion—without borders. We move freely between forms, following the feeling first and letting it choose its shape. We came together around a simple belief: every art form has always been woven through history, gently influencing one another in ways we can’t fully separate. Nothing exists alone; everything carries traces of what came before and what surrounds it now. We’re drawn to the beauty in the in-between—the places where threads overlap, colors bleed, and meanings quietly change.

By creating side by side, we pay closer attention to detail, texture, and tone across everything we touch. A sound can shape an image, and an image can change the way a rhythm feels. We don’t claim to invent from nothing—we simply listen closely, learn with respect, and respond with care. What we release is a palette of tones shaped by many voices and cultures, seen through our eyes in Tokyo. Quiet, borderless, and made to be revisited.
